Q: How do payments work?
We offer 2 payment options: Full payment due up front or 4 installments via SHOP PAY.
Q: How far does your included delivery fees go?
The first 12 miles are free from Milpitas, CA. If your location exceeds 12 miles, we charge $1.50/extra mile x 4 within 75 miles, and $2.50/extra mile x 4 if beyond 75 miles. Not to exceed 85 miles. Please see our terms and conditions for an example of how we calculate the fee.
Q: What are the pickup fees for pickups after 9pm?
9:30PM charge of $50

Q: What does it mean when it says price is for 1 setup/location only?
This means the price covers our movers and/or florist to set the item once at one location. Additional fees will apply if the rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or to any other location.
Q: What if I want to see an Arch and/or aisle arrangements in person first?
Due to the size and difficulty of transporting our products, we do not offer in-person showings. Instead, we provide detailed photos and videos on our website and social media platforms to give insight into how our products may appear up close. For additional images or videos, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Q: Can I request custom colors added into the floral arches and arrangements to be made and rented? Starting price for customization service: $1500

Q: How does fresh flower customization add-on process work?
We incorporate select stems to complement your event's color palette, typically using 20-30 stems for the arch and 3-5 stems for each aisle arrangement. The final price will depend on the floral quantities and types you choose. While we strive to match your requested flowers, availability and seasonality may vary. We will ensure the color and style are as closely aligned as possible. Please note that the artificial florals in our designs cannot be replaced or substituted with fresh flowers.
